Gestalt in origin, my work has derived over the years into a synthetic language where all previous disciplines have summed up into digital media. Rather than feeling alienated by new technology, the challenge has been how to incorporate various aspects which have embellished more traditional media such as drawing and continuous tone printmaking. The end result has been a rich iconography where state of the arts digital printing technology (Giclée) has been capable of materializing a complex process of second generation image construction.
Today, more than ever we can make tangible a visual language which usually remained in the form of an abstraction or an idea. In this perspective, my wish is to convey a nomenclature sensitive to a captive audience eager of a new breathing hole of artistic endeavour.
Surprisingly enough, we rediscover ourselves as a product of cross-cultural environments where vrvGallery is no exception in bringing into perspective the right milieu of creative community. In addition, I believe we find ourselves at the right moment where Latin-American art particularly is capturing the attention of a world in crisis which in return demands a new vision, a new understanding.
My commitment is too fortified through networking, an ever growing market of vibrant Latin-American art where long term relationships are at the basis of a new cultural regional development.
