Shira Leuchter

Shira Leuchter is a Toronto-based artist working in encaustic and photographic media. Her work has been exhibited at the Monument-National (Montreal), the Sony Centre, The Gladstone Hotel, The Beaver Hall Gallery, John Steinberg and Associates and the East End Design Centre (Toronto). She has studied at the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD), Haliburton School of the Arts (recipient of the Friends of Fleming Scholarship) and Gallery 44. Shira recently participated in Toronto's Nuit Blanche event, co-curating and showing her work at the Engine Gallery (Distillery District).
