The photographer visits her sister in their ancestral home after a thirty-year absence in an attempt to reach for her and fix the broken sisterhood.
There she makes some painful discoveries about her sisters life hardships as working long hours at her own home factory making beds, mattresses and furniture and is surprised by her unbelievable accomplishments.
Maria's love and concern for her sister are reflected in her interpretive photographs.
